Can I get samples before placing orders?
Yes. We provide free samples with freight collected or prepaid. Please feel free to contact us.
What is your lead time?
It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. After the deposit is received, usually we can ship within 10-15 days for a small quantity and about 30 days for a large quantity.
What is your payment term?
T/T, Western Union, MoneyGram, PayPal, and L/C. This is negotiable.
Can I get door-to-door service? or can I get the products delivered to my door?
Yes, we will check with the freight company if products can be delivered door to door to your address.
Can you provide me with the shipment service? I don't have experience with importing.
Yes, we can provide you with the CIF service, since we have been in the business for a long time. We have experienced professionals who can handle the shipment for you.
What if the products are broken during transit?
We will make sure products are properly packed in the first place. In case of damage, please contact us. We will sort out the reasons to make sure you’ll be properly compensated.
